"Casa Pascal" is a newly built house located in via Rasia, a few steps from the center of Livigno and about 300 meters from the departure of the "Cassana" cable car which then allows connection to the slope of Carosello 3000.

In the house there is a four-room apartment of 75 square meters, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate from 6 to 8 people.
In the apartment you will find: kitchen with induction plates, microwave oven, satellite TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, hairdryer, balcony, bathroom with shower.

The house also has covered parking, Wi-Fi connection and a ski storage room

A 10-minute walk away is also the brand new Aquagranda Active You center where you will find fun, sport, relaxation, wellness and health in a single structure.

"It's super close to the Carosello 3000. And if you want to go to another place, the busstop is 20m from the appartement.The appartement is beautiful, practical and so nice. Very modern and comfortable appartment in a great location.

"Very modern appartment (Chalet Emilie), comfortable beds. All the amenities were there to stay there comfortably. The location was very good, a bit outside of the center, but still is short 10min walking distance from center. Appartment had large balcony, ski room (though no boot driers and separate lockers). The house looks very beautiful and recently built."
